The European Commission announced on September 15 the end of the ban on the import of Ukrainian grain into five European Union states. According to the press release from the European Commission, “Ukraine has agreed to introduce any legal measures within 30 days to avoid grain surges and to put in place effective measures to control the export of 4 groups of goods in order to prevent any market distortions in the neighbouring Member States“.
