On 14th October, Maria Zakharova, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ spokeswoman, responded to some accusations according to which Russia has supplied small arms to the Palestinian Hamas. Effectively, a few days earlier, the Ukrainska Pravda had published an article relaying a statement from Kyrylo Budanov, the Ukrainian head of intelligence; the latter declared that Russia was supplied small arms captured from Ukrainian stocks during the war, to Hamas, in order to support their terror attacks on Israel.
