Emmanuel Dupuy is President of the Institute for Prospective and Security in Europe (IPSE), associate professor at the University of Paris-Sud in Geopolitics on security and defense issues, former ministerial adviser and research fellow at the Institute of Research and Strategic Studies of the Ecole Militaire. He is also national secretary of the UDI in charge of defence issues and general delegate in charge of international issues of the Centrists party.
