The “Artsakh Information Centre” reported on June 16 the following toll in the enclave: 1,490 citizens deprived of the possibility of surgery, 492 people transferred to Armenia by the ICRC since 12 December, 11 000 people having lost their jobs, 860 companies having suspended their activity, a fall in GDP of 41%, more than 71,923 tons of basic necessities not delivered since 12 December, 20,000 children deprived of “stable conditions for an appropriate education“, 3,900 people including 550 children unable to reach their homes, a total or partial blockage of the gas supply for 128 days, an electricity supply interrupted for 165 days.

Ceasefire-breaking accusations continued throughout the past week with a similar frequency to the previous two weeks. It should be noted that there have been exchanges of fire over the past few weeks on the borders with Nakhitchevan.
