After the confirmation of the direct filghts resumption between Moscow and Tblisi from mid-may, “the russian airline Azimuth received the authorization to operate” these flights from 17 may according to the head of the Georgia Civil Aviation Agency, Givi Davitashvili. As a result, on the 16th may, Azimuth Airlines removed Abkhazia and South Ossetia from the “list of countries listed on the website”.
