On 4 April, EU Internal Market Commissioner Thierry Breton addressed the International Cyber Security Forum (ICF). He said: “We will provide Europe with a cyber shield“. This measure will be followed by the creation of several “operational security centres” from 2024. The whole project is estimated at 1 billion euros.
