On 18th May, the Ugandan Minister of Foreign affairs, Aboubaker Jeje Odongo, came to Moscow in order to meet with his Russian counterpart, Serguey Lavrov. The two Ministers discussed numerous subjects, mainly security concerns in “hot spots” in Africa.
