On 15th April, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs published a communiqué on its website, regarding the events in Soudan, as the country is currently the theatre for heavy fighting. “Moscow is gravely concerned about the dramatic events taking place in Sudan. We call on the parties to the conflict to show political will and restraint and take prompt measures to cease fire”.
