The “Artsakh Information Centre” reported on 27 June the following toll in the enclave: 1,520 citizens deprived of the possibility of surgery, 524 people transferred to Armenia by the ICRC and 70 people by the Russian blue helmets since 12 December, 11,000 people having lost their jobs, 860 companies having suspended their activity, a fall in GDP of 42%, more than 73,518 tons of basic necessities not delivered since 12 December, 20,000 children deprived of “stable conditions for proper education“, 3,900 people including 550 children unable to reach their homes, total or partial blockage of gas supply for 132 days, electricity supply interrupted for 169 days.

Ceasefire-breaking accusations continued throughout the past week with a similar frequency to the previous three weeks.
