Russia, in March 2023, kept amping up its rivalry with Western States on the international scene. At the beginning of the month, Moscow accused the West of attempting to sabotage the Black Sea Grain Initiative; a few weeks after, a report by the UN Human Rights Council revealed the war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine, causing the United States to require the creation of an international court dedicated to this conflict.
