04-10/02/2023: Humanitarian and security update in Karabakh and in the Lachin corridor – Morgan Caillet

On February 10, pro-government environmental demonstrations in Azerbaijan reached their 61st consecutive day of mobilization, still and nevertheless allowing, according to several local media (Report.az, APA.az, Trendnews.az), the passage of Russians peacekeepers vehicles (30 on 4 February, 13 on 5 February, 67 on 6 February, 64 on 7 February, 62 on 8 February, 4 on 9 February, 25 on 10 February) and the ICRC (8 on 4 February, 12 on 6 February, 7 on 7 February, 4 on 8 February, 4 on 9 February).
