On the 27th of March, Sergey Lavrov gave a speech during the international Russian-Indian conference. During his address to the conference, the head of the Russian diplomacy commended the friendly ties uniting the two countries, notably in the field of political cooperation (within international instances such as the BRICS and the SCO), or on the topic of commercial exchanges. Appropriately, the trading balance between the two countries should reach the level of 100 billion dollars by 2030, an increase of 67% from the reported level of 2024.
