Impeachment of Salome Zurabishvili:
The ruling party, Georgian Dream (GD), has announced another impeachment attempt against President Salome Zurabishvili, accusing her of violating the constitution by making unauthorised visits to European capitals. Parliament speaker Shalva Papuashvili said the government would submit a new proposal to the Constitutional Court before the next parliamentary elections.
