The South Ossetia has strengthened bilateral relationships especially with syrian Republic by sending a message from the south ossetian “minister” of foreign Affairs, Akhsar Dzhioev, to the syrian “minister” of foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Faisal al-Mekdad, in the occasion of the 5th anniversary of syrian recognition of the south-ossetian independence. The syrian partner is more and more important to south ossetian officials, particularly after its rehabilitation within the Arab League.
